Nature lovers adore Conservation Meadows

On real estate maps, Conservation Meadows is considered part of the most popular Laurelwood neighbourhood. Built about the same time as Laurelwood, Conservation Meadows is situated on the other side of the Laurel Creek Conservation Area. Though quiet, peaceful and suburban in nature, Conservation Meadows is a short drive to the Universities, the technology park, city centre, shopping and amenities.

Nature lovers will appreciate the trails, access to the park and green space. Many of the homes in this neighbourhood back onto forest. It is a real “family neighbourhood” with soccer fields and an outdoor skating rink.

Phase two of Conservation Meadows was recently approved. The neighbourhood will be expanding westward.
