Beechwood West and Upper Beechwood

Beechwood West sometimes called Upper Beachwood (because of the neighbourhood associations) is a continuation on the idea of Beechwood. If you are looking for a large home in a mature suburban neighbourhood with good schools and demographics, I don’t think you can do much better than Beechwood West.

The homes are roughly a decade newer than Beechwood and tend to be large four bedroom, two car garage homes of 40 and 50 foot frontages. The rolling landscape and mature trees throughout the neighbourhood make for a pleasant landscape. There are a network of trails throughout the neighbourhood where kids ride their bikes and residents walk their dogs.
