Lexington School 

Lexington is the #3 top rated school (actually tied for 2nd) in Waterloo (WRDSB). The whole neighbourhood of Eastbridge/Colonial Acres is rated way above average. Lester B Pearson and Millen Woods are the other two top rated schools in the public board. As parents or future parents you can give yourselves an A+ for choosing to raise your family or future family in this neighbourhood. Even if you don’t have a family, one of my 365 Rules about Real Estate is, “Always buy a house in a good school zone as they appreciate at a better than average rate”.
