The average sale price in Kitchener Waterloo last month jumped 7.3% to $314,623 compared to a year ago. Single-detached homes sold for an average of $354,064, an increase of 7.6%.
The average sale price in Cambridge was $282,527, an increase of 0.5% from a year ago.
