    I have just sold my property at 549 Glasgow in Kitchener (sorry for not listing with you, but I only came across your impressive website after I had signed the listing agreement with another agent.

    I am looking for a nice townhouse to rent (for now – I’d like to take a break from property ownership – but not forever). I’m not ruling out another purchase however.

    I grew up in Kitchener, but have not lived here for 35 years. The Glasgow house was one I bought in 1997 for my mother, and have now sold it because it was too big for her (both lot size and square footage) as she ages.

    I have been looking at the new townhouses at Victoria Common, and they are nice, but, a local friend called my attention to the townhouses at 110 Highland Road East, which appear to be much more attractive than those at Victoria Common (layout, lot size, location, cost, value for money).

    I would be interested in speaking with you about my relocation options (I have just rented a Victoria Common townhouse for my mother at 185 St. Leger and will “camp out” there until something suitable comes along – especially if it is at 110 Highland Road East).

    You may have some other helpful suggestions about my relocation options.

      I have always liked the townhouse units along Highland Road. They are large and well laid out and close to downtown Kitchener, grocery shopping, the Iron Horse Trail…
