These areas are relatively new, one was just getting started ten years ago; the other two weren’t even started yet. They are Huron Park, Clair Hills/Columbia Forest and Idlewood/Lackner Woods. On a monthly basis I provide updates as follows:

Huron Park

✦The average sold price was $327,691

✦The average number of days on the market was 81

✦The highest sold price was $430,000. The lowest $238,000

Clair Hills

✦There were 14 homes sold in Columbia Forest/Clair Hills*

✦The average sold price was $418,436

✦The average number of days on the market was 55

✦The highest sold price was $770,000. The lowest $261,000

 

Idlewood

 

✦There were 19 homes sold in Idlewood/Lackner Woods*

✦The average sold price was $317,559

✦The average number of days on the market was 84

✦The highest sold price was $492,000. The lowest $240,000
