According to reports released this week, the real estate market is doing just great in Kitchener Waterloo. At the end of the third quarter, the number of homes sold are ahead of last year by 4.5%.
In fact, we had the third best September on record.
$288,887 is the average price of all residential properties sold this year (so far). That represents a 9.1% increase over 2009.
The most popular price range is houses and condos selling for between $225,000-$250,000. This category accounts for 15% of all sales.
